The Jurassic Coast workshop can be booked from October 2021, we also accept group bookings for camera clubs etc

North Cornwall is an area with steep, dramatic cliffs, the rugged north Cornish coastline, at the Bedruthan Steps you will find dramatic views on the Cornish coast, with giant stacks and towering cliffs and Atlantic waves crashing on the beach, Boscastle is set in a narrow ravine and boasts some very attractive thatches and white-washed cottages. The last time I was at there was a blanket of mist over the port. By midday, the sea mist had started to clear. There are a number of good locations for landscape photography in Boscastle including the harbour and views from warren point.

Trebarwith Strand and Gull rock are is one of my favorite locations, along with Trevose Head Lighthouse which was taken in very stormy conditions.

North Cornwall workshop, during the workshop we will photograph Boscastle, one of Cornwall’s best-known and picturesque harbours, Trebarwith Strand, Crackington Haven, Sandymouth Bay, Trevose Head with its lighthouse perched on the cliff edge. The Bedruthan Steps Beach is closed due to a rockfall, but Carnewas at Bedruthan is still a fantastic place to visit offering great photography and cliff top views across the giant rock stacks on the beach and along the coast towards Trevose Head. During the workshop, there will be many different landscape scenarios, lighting situations, and certainly different weather conditions, but at this time of year, North Cornwall is much quieter (no tourists), and the light conditions are much softer and can be very dramatic, lending itself to some outstanding  sunsets.
